Creating a Chapter Record

While a Membership Type Record can be set as a "chapter," for increased detail and management of chapter information, a Chapter Record can also be created. Chapter memberships can then be grouped and managed under the Chapter Record.

Note: If the Chapters App is not enabled in your instance of the system and you wish to enable it, please contact support@impexium.com.

To create a new Chapter Record:

  1. Navigate to the Chapters App > Chapters feature.

  2. Click the Add New Chapter button.

  3. Complete the Add New Chapter form. (Fields marked with an asterisk are required.)

    1. Code/Acronym

    2. Name

    3. Country

    4. Address Line 1 and 2

    5. City, State/Province, ZIP/Postal Code

    6. Show in Directory

    7. Phone

    8. Email

    9. Type: Options in this drop-down field are configured in the Chapters App > Setup feature

    10. Custom Fields (optional): Depending on site configuration, custom fields may be configured to appear in this form. Such custom fields are set up in the Crm. Chapter.DemographicsAdd form

  4. Click Save to save the new chapter. To save the chapter and create a new chapter, click Save & Add New.
